Participation Fees

10% discount for Israel's Manufacturers Association members.
10% discount for Israel Institute of Petroleum and Energy members.

Registration

1. The registration is on Kenes’ official registration form.
2. 1/3 of the total order value payable upon signing the contract.
3. The balance is payable in 2 equal deferred installments.
4. All payments to be completed up to 10 days before the opening of the exhibition
5. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
6. Payment to be made in Israeli shekels calculated according to the Dollar’s representative rate on payment day.

The Modular Booth's

The Modular Booth's price entitles the exhibitor to the following:

1. Two sidewalls and one back wall.
2. The exhibitor’s name on a sign in Hebrew and/or English
3. 2 chairs, 1 desk, 1 shelf for every 8 square meters.
4. Spot lighting, one for every 8 square meters
5. One 1-Kilowatt socket for every 8 square meters.
6. Invitations to be distributed among the purchasers. (Invitations in the quantity specified by the exhibitors provided the order is placed by 7 July 2005).
7. Company’s promotion in Hebrew and English in the exhibition catalogue.
8. One parking voucher per exhibitor.
9. Exhibitor badges.

A range of additional service can be ordered for an extra fee. Details will be provided to the exhibitors who secured their place in the fair some 45 days before the beginning of the exhibition.

Area Price

Area price (floor only) encompasses:

1. Area reserved by the exhibitor.
2. Invitations to be distributed among the purchasers. (Invitations in the quantity specified by the exhibitors provided the order is placed by 7 July 2005).
3. Company’s promotion in Hebrew and English in the exhibition catalogue.
4. 1 parking tag per exhibitor.
5. Exhibitor tags.
