Participations Fees:

1. Payment for Raw Space Options.
   1-50 sq.m. US$ 220* per sq.m. Plus 17% VAT
   51+ sq.m. US$ 200* per sq.m. Plus 17% VAT
   the price is for raw space only, including 2 kW of electricity per each 15 sq.m
2. Use of equipped space (using the "syma system") will be charged at an additional US$ 40* per sq.m.
3. Exhibitors who do not have the standard building system must present their building plans to the management of the exhibition in advance.

Exhibitor Payment Terms:

Please add to the Application for 4 payments:
50% of the total payment by December 1, 2004
50% of the total payment by February 15, 2005

The price of a Modular Stand Comprises:

1. Two sidewalls and one rear wall.
2. Exhibitor's name displayed on a sign in Hebrew and/or English.
3. 200 invitations to be distributed among the purchasers.
4. Company's promotion in Hebrew and English in the exhibition catalogue.
5. 2 chairs, 1 table, 1 shelf per every 8 m2.
6. Frontal spots illumination, 1 per every meter.
7. 1 socket, 1 kilowatt per every 8 m2.
8. 1 parking tag per exhibitor.
9. Exhibitor tags.

A plethora of services and equipment is to be had at an additional expense. Details will be given to registered exhibitors approximately 45 days prior to the exhibition opening.

Area Price (floor only) encompasses:

1. Area reserved by the exhibitor.
2. 200 invitations to be distributed among the purchasers.
3. Company's promotion in Hebrew and English in the exhibition catalogue.
4. 1 parking tag per exhibitor.
5. Exhibitor tags.

Space Alocation:

The allocation of space will be organized according to signed Application Forms accompanied by payment. Any space reservation conducted orally, in writing or by application form without payment will not be considered binding by the organizer. Preference will be given to those companies who submit completed application forms with payment.

General Conditions of Kenes Exhibitions

By completing and signing the Exhibit Application Form, the exhibitor declares him/herself bound by the General Conditions of Kenes Exhibitions. The English version of the General Conditions is printed on the reverse side of the Exhibit Application Form.
